Since the beginning

Continuing the Tradition of Quality Homebuilding

Anthony Thomas Builders began in 1993 in Hartland, Wisconsin, when Anthony Federspill and his partner and father-in-law, Thomas Waldera, a longtime area businessman in the banking industry, worked together to establish a company with a reputation for excellence. Anthony’s eldest son, Tyler, joined Anthony Thomas Builders to continue the legacy of quality homebuilding in the Lake Country community.

Anthony has been a homebuilder for 30 years and brings invaluable knowledge about homebuilding, a respectable reputation of quality and fairness, and a firm understanding of the local municipality codes. Anthony and his wife, Jill, happily raised their children, Tyler, Cade, Tanner, and Kallyn, in Hartland.

Tyler worked as a Senior Project Manager at a construction firm in Chicago for 8 years after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in Mechanical Engineering. He moved to Wisconsin in 2020 with his wife, Meaghan, to continue his construction career in homebuilding. They recently welcomed a baby girl and are loving being close to family near the Lake Country area.

As a local, family-owned business, the team at Anthony Thomas prides themselves on a 30 year long reputation of quality, honesty and always prioritizing their clients’ best interests. Tony and Tyler focus on meeting client needs by involving them in the home-building process from the beginning. By listening first and crafting second, they’ve built strong relationships and delivered exceptional quality homes and service for three decades. With a hands-on approach from kick off to completion, clients stay informed and can expect the home of their dreams, designed with their lifestyle and legacy in mind.
